Pre-call
It works in the way you would expect, you select the person you want to talk to, then click on the Skype ICON next to the phone number and a panel opens up to confirm if you want to call the person, clicking on the phone number causes Skype to call the contact.
This demonstration shows the integration available with you desktop skype application. As you can see here you have the ability to launch a call direct from your contact record and when you have finished the call simply hit the close button to record the history of that call made.
End of call
Once you have ended the call the user is invited to make notes about the call and and then invited to create a follow up activity, once the notes and history are completed and the notes made the user can carry on with the next call.
Reporting
Designated users can run call activity reports from within WiredContact to see whats been happening in the same way as you would have done in any other CRM application
