mailing lists
- You can have and manage an unlimited number of contacts in a mailing list. Contacts can subscribe to multiple lists. Contacts may select whether they prefer html or text emails. Contacts can update their subscriptions on-line with ready-made forms that are included in the package. You can also create custom sign-up forms using a wizard in the admin panel. In this way you decide exactly what information you require from your contacts. Contacts can have the status of confirmed (verified) or un-confirmed (un-verified).
- Integrated one click un-subscribe processes. Three alternatives provided: list opt-out, global opt-out, update settings (explained below in detail).
- Comprehensive utilities for contact and mailing list management. Add / remove / copy contacts from one list to another. You can list un-assigned contacts, delete them or assign them to a list.
- Open your contacts in a MS Excel spreadsheet
You can quickly delete contacts by entering their emails in a form. This feature can assist with the management of suppression (scrub) lists.
Statistics and reports: clicks and views tracking for html emails
- Automatic link tracking for html emails. Which means that when contacts click on a link this information is captured and you can see it in your statistics reports, we also pull through the last results field from WiredContact so you can see at a glance who has been contacted by your follow up team
- Pre-defined link tracking for text emails. This is a feature not found in other Campaign Management Systems. You can define tracking links and add them in your text emails.
- Views tracking statistics that also show the open-rate ratio of your mailing. By open-rate we define the ratio of contacts who opened an email against the total number of contacts the email was issued to. Example: an open rate of 65% means that 65 out of every 100 contacts opened your email. Campaign Manager Pro captures and stores this information so you can see if, who, when and how many contacts opened your email (only available for html emails).
- In a similar manner you can see detailed clicks-tracking statistics per mailing and contact.
- You can see detailed reports per mailing activity (email - list) and per contact. You can also export these to XL.
You don't need any external programs to collect and analyse your clicks and views statistics.
- Another unique feature of Campaign Manager Pro is the ability to create a follow-up list based on contact views and clicks behaviour. You can create a new mailing list that contains only the contacts who opened (or not) an email, or clicked (or not) on a specific link. You can do this easily, with a single click from your reports pages (see picture above).
- With this feature you can focus your marketing effort on highly-qualified prospects and you can also follow up with the contacts that were not responsive.
Alternatively, you can also use it to remove the non-performing contacts.
Advanced filtering
Using any of the contact properties you can perform a custom search and save the result as a new list or a mailing filter. You can also export the results to an XLS spreadsheet. Then when you start a new mailing you can apply this filter. In the online help of Campaign Manager Pro we provide tips about using this feature. You can see a list of all your filters and make changes to them.

You can create a filter and send a email only to contacts that have a certain zip code, come from a specific country, subscribed after a given date, have a specific type of email account (.org/com, hotmail etc).
Compose rich Html Emails
- Send all types of emails, Html, Text and multi-part. Add images and animations in your Html emails.
- One of the best on-line, what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) html editors available today is included to compose your html emails. The editor offers options to paste html code or content of emails that were designed in MS Front Page, Dreamweaver or other similar applications. Among many other features the editor offers: advanced text, paragraphs, table formatting and spell checking. Insert and manage assets like images, video, audio and flash animations. Attachments manager add-on. File manager add-on. Advanced image handling and lots of other features.
- Send multiple attachments with your emails. You can upload your attachments directly from the html editor (no need for third-party upload components).
- A text editor is also included to compose your text emails with hard-wrap feature so you know exactly what your contacts will receive.
Save and preview your emails. You can save your emails, edit them again later, save your changes and send a copy to yourself for testing. When you send a email it is automatically marked as sent and stamped with the date and time it was sent. You can also save a copy of a email (clone).
