Annual Upgrade Cover
Unlike other companies we do not stop supporting older versions of our software, instead for only £25 per named license and £50 per Concurrent licence you can rest assured in the knowledge that your software will always be up to date.
No matter if you are using WiredContact for CRM or ERP or a College Employer Engagement system, or Franchise our approach to software maintenance ensures you always have low costs and the latest version. Having the latest license does not imply you have free techinical support.
Host on your servers or ours
For Clients who elect to host with us we may include the cost of deploying the annual maintenance upgrades as part of the hosting fee.
Low cost Annual Upgrades
Instead of large upgrade costs with the delayed annual release of new features we prefer to upgrade WCE with new features throughout the year. These enhancements are available to you whenever you want them and often include obvious features and benefits.
Most Clients view WiredContact as a partnership and discuss their system and process needs throughout the year, as such we are able to tell you what is available and possible within the current release and your IT support team can implement the changes if they are of interest.
If you want us to install the upgrades we are happy to do so and will charge for our time.
Working this way you only ever pay for what you use and your system becomes totally bespoke.
After your first year all we ask is for a contribution per license so you can continue to apply the upgrades. Your system will of course continue to function at all times though you may be unable to apply new features you read about on the helpdesk if you do not have the Annual upgrade cover in place.
Many companies deploy WCE on their own servers whilst others opt to host on-demand from a Certified Hosting Partner, either way we are happy to support your staff or provide the service directly or in support of your chosen provider as part of our consulting services View our Hosting Options

Types of License
Named: Assigned against a specific user, if the user leaves your team simply assign the key to another user.
Concurrent:
Not assigned to a specific user but available to a pool of users, this lowers to cost of purchasing licences with a larger installation and provides flexibility to smaller installations. The "types" of Licences can be mixed so Administrators and Managers always have access whilst remotes sales teams may only need periodic access and may therefore have use of Concurrent licences.
