you have the skills in-house and you know
your processes better than anyone. An on
premise CRM system for a College or
University can easily integrate with
expensive legacy systems to leverage the
information in there. One example is where
data from EBS (hence our use of the term
CRM4EBS) is "viewed" within CRM4FE in
relation to the Employer. With one click your
team can view the Learners in detail and the
courses they are on, then from the courses
screen can view all learners and Employers
pulling where needed the data from your other
systems or from within CRM4FE, the choice is
yours.

Improves
operational efficiency through the
standardisation and streamlining of

Installation can be achieved in a few days
and integration with other systems by
agreement and to the degree you require at a
pace you are happy with. We work with your
existing College MIS managers and IT team to
ensure your college procedures are adhered to
so that best practice and compliance with
your established processes is maintained.
Reporting can be achieved using your existing
reporting tools and various dashboard
utilities, these reports can be delivered
using SharePoint if needed.
Flexible Licensing Starting at only
?170 a seat. Once you own CRM4FE upgrades are
included with the small annual maintenance
fee of ?25 per named licence, you only pay
for our time if needed to implement the
upgrades although you can also further
develop and integrate as needed in house. If
you have lots of staff who require
intermittent access and a few who require
permanent access then ask about our "Named"
and "Concurrent" Licenses, you can order from
only 1 at a time. CRM4FE is installed with 10
free named Licenses or 5 concurrent
Licenses.
